Those of you who were lucky enough to see Desperate Journalist headline at Vinyl Revolution on Record Store Day last April already know just how special this band are.
Simon had narrowly missed out on working with the band as a promotor back in 2015 (when he left Brighton for 2 years to work with Truck Records in Oxford) and he had knew them to be a great live act. We were thrilled when they agreed to play at the shop. We weren't disappointed and neither were the crowd gathered in Duke Street!
On 22nd February Desperate Journalist will launch their new album 'In Search Of The Miraculous'. On the following day, SATURDAY 23RD FEBRUARY, the band will at Vinyl Revolution to play album tracks live and to sign copies of their new album. This is an in-store you don't want to miss!
The first release from the 'In Search Of The Miraculous' is 'Cedars' and here's the video
Desperate Journalist will play a short set from 5.30pm and then sign records. Entrance will be available to the first 60 people to turn up at Vinyl Revolution from 5pm onwards. Copies of the new album will be on sale from Friday 22nd February.
